I booked a room for two adults plus one child of four. Booking was made via an email request. Then on 28.06.2019 I received an email from MLOFT with all the information (my booking ref.number, confirmation number etc.). The booking was made for 09.08-13.08. On arrival date I was informed by MLOFT that my booking got cancelled two days ago(07.08) and they sent me email stating my booking cancelled because they did receive payment. Booking info states that no pre-payment is needed because one can pay during check in. By the time MLOFT send me that email we were already travelling and hardly had any internet to check emails. So there it is: we arrive in Munchen in the afternoon and badly needed to find a place to stay. And MLOFT knew that we are with a small child. Thank you MLOFT.

It was the best apart hotel I have ever stayed. It's very sad that we stayed only one night. Stylish, new, super clean. The bed was so comfortable and the size of the room was enough. Next time I will definitely stay there again. Thanks.

We were 2 couples going to Oktoberfest and hotels were expensive at the time. A bit far from downtown but you can take the train which is only a 15-20 minute walk or by cab for 30-40 euros. Two bedrooms are separated by a kitchen and bathroom so some separation. Bathroom door can lock on both sides but there is still access thru the kitchen. Our suite had a great outdoor patio and we grabbed some wine from the supermarket below. Also had a bakery for a light breakfast which worked out well. There is parking available and we basically left the car for our stay. If you have time to travel to the main part of downtown, this is a great place to stay. May be a bit far for business travellers but we would gladly stay here again. Front desk service was excellent and they helped make the stay great.

We spent a week here while in Munich for a wedding. The apartment was spotless and the staff very friendly. We had a two bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were separated by the kitchenette and bathroom. This was perfect and provided the appropriate amount of privacy from our travel companions. All of your basic cooking and eating utensils are provided. They even have a dishwasher! The blessing of air conditioning, which is not typical, was greatly appreciated during a hot, June week. The convenience of having a grocery store and bakery right below in the same building is a plus! We were able to come back from a busy day of sightseeing, buy a few beers or bottle of wine and enjoy some peace and quiet on our huge, private balcony. There is no daily housekeeping, but they do come in to empty your trash daily. They will only exchange towels if you stay longer than a week, however, we requested fresh towels one day and they gladly obliged. There is not a full shower door, which is typical in Germany, just a half glass wall and no rim around the shower floor, so water can flow outside of the shower. This took some getting used to and the bath mat would be soaked and bathroom floors very wet after everyone’s showers. This could have also been due to a slow draining shower drain. We had our elderly parents with us, so we had to use some extra towels to soak up the water so they wouldn’t slip and fall. Hence, the request for extra towels. This was only a minor inconvenience and I really have no complaints about this facility. The location is perfect. It is a 15 minute walk to the train/underground station and, being in a safe part of town (though really Munich is a very safe city), we never feared walking home in the dark. We intend to return to this hotel in a few years when we will again visit Munich with our children. I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.

thank you for your message.
Yes, we do have apartments with 2 bedrooms. Please have a look at our homepage for more details. The underground station Trudering is only a 10 minutes walk away from our house but there is also a bus ( bus station right in front of the house ) that also takes you to the station in a few minutes ( 2 stops ). From here you can reach the city center in approximately 15 minutes without changing trains. Please call or write an e-mail for any further questions.
