This is a very pleasant hotel with an excellent location in the centre of Carpentras. Our room was spacious, clean and well presented. Breakfast is served at a sensible time and is of a good quality. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the information book in the room is very useful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel. Visited as part of a cycling tour. When arrived here was so happy (especially after last hotel in Orange) Large rooms with air con. Location perfect, very central, opposite town hall. Our host Christopher was amazing. He went out of his way to chill wine we bought on the way, provided glasses & Bottle opener. We were very welcome to drink on his roof top terrace, amazing views of town hall & great for people watching. Loved Toby the hotel dog. Such a bike friendly hotel, all 14 bikes stored under cover. Fantastic restaurant next to or part of hotel, food amazing, had steak & duck. Food so good returned 2nd night. No hairdryer in room, but asked for one & was way better than mine at home!! Thank you for a great 3 night stay.

It's only a two star hotel and therefor we payed 65 Euro per night for double room. We were very pleasantly surprised what we got for this money. Good room, good bed (altough a double is maybe a bit small for two large persons) and anything you need inlcuding airco wich is a rarety in the area altough the temperatures can get very high indeed. Also more quiet than expected due to its location, so no night noises heared. Breakfast is at 8 Euro per person extra but is well worth your money. And finally the very very friendly reception and service tops it all up. Will certainly stay there again on my next visit to Carpentras.

This is a simple, clean budget hotel super close to downtown and with room to store bicycles - which is what we wanted as we were on a bicycle tour with 15 people. The tour organizer picked the hotel - we do not as it is part of the package. Having said that the staff -- Houria, in particular as well as another young lady were very helpful and nice. My TV did not work and the owners were away on vacation, but as much as she was not technologically savvy she was able to call around and then fix my TV. As well we asked for some fruit for breakfast - which was otherwise complete, and she went out and bought some! So hooray for Houria - she did a good job. PS they also offered to bring up luggage for some older folks and were always available. So yes this was a nice budget hotel to stay in.

We arrived after the reception closed as we were staying after a party. I was given clear and helpful instructions about how to get into the hotel and room after 9.30pm and the entry was seamless. The room was exceptionally clean and air conditioned.
The downsides would be a very creaky bed, a slightly sloping floor and a bathroom in need of an update. But the cleanliness of the place and the friendliness of the staff in the morning out weighed those criticisms.
