My single room had a bed, desk, wardrobe and small en-suite, It was very clean but could have been better arranged so that there was an open space in the centre.

For 59 Euros it was good value and they did not charge me for breakfast. The staff were friendly and those on reception spoke English.

Good location, two stops from Gare du Nord. It would have helped if they had given directions from Jaures Metro station on their website as I wandered around the area for an hour before I got back to the metro station and was given more precise directions which only took five minutes to find it.

Near Jaures metro station and canal Saint-Martin. Walking distance from Monoprix, McDonald's, Subway, and other restaurants. Not the prettiest neighborhood in Paris, but still ok.
The croissant from the bakery shop near the hotel is good.
The room itself is small and warm with a very not fancy bathroom, but still clean. I booked for 1 person and got a single bed, a cupboard and a desk. Quite nice since I can work from the desk beside the window.
It has elevator, which is important for me, because sometime you got a cheap hotel but no elevator.
The receptionists are very nice and friendly.
Recommended if you have a limited budget.

Staying in Paris can be pricey, we were visiting for my husbands birthday. For a long weekend to do sightseeing and Christmas market. I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel as it was fairly cheap.

On arrival two men greeted us who spoke great English and were very friendly and helpful. There was another lady we saw at reception during our stay who was not as friendly but was always helpful. A cleaning lady got a little short with us one morning as we decided to lie in but she wanted to clean. She told us we would have to be out in 15 minutes or she wouldn't clean, however even though we took longer than 15 minutes the room was made up when we got back that evening 😂

Our room was small but that was no problem as it was mainly just a place to sleep and shower. The room was big enough for a desk, double bed and wardrobe, as well as room to walk around between them.

The bathroom was very basic, a wet room, the shower cubicle was tiny. That was the only annoying thing-having the shower curtain hug you as you're showering! But it was nice and clean.

We did not have much trouble with the "thin walls" to start with. We were not near the lift but we were near the stairs and our room was at the front of the building with a window looking out on the street. There was a small amount of street noise but this is to be expected in a city and it certainly didn't keep me awake. On the last night there was some noise from another room but again nothing overly loud, just muffled voices.

The heating was always on in the room so it was very hot. We quite often had to open the window to let the heat out and the cold in!

Location was great, a few nice bakeries around to get pastries (we didn't have breakfast at hotel) the best one being just across the road and round the corner 30 seconds walk away. Very close to the metro station Jaures with easy travel links to all over Paris. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby and a supermarket or two.

Overall this was perfect for a short stay in Paris for the two of us. We had a lovely time!

This room was the smallest room i have ever stayed in, and i was in the ARMY. It is a good room if you simply plan to sleep in it. It is relativily close to the red light district and very close to the Metro and bus stations as well as decent restaurants, which is nice, but the walls are then so hard to have and romance time without your neighbors cheering you on. The bathroom was incredibly small, only half of me fit in the shower. The front desk clerks speak little to no english...If you are young or are trying to travel on the Cheap then Def pick this place, If you want to have space and luxury pick somewhere else, but if you just want a seemingly safe place to lay your head for some rest, then go for it.
