First off can’t fault the cleanliness of the room and hotel with regards to COVID.
complimentary drinks items a bit sparse. Information on breakfast times non existent and menus for food at the neighbouring restaurant no where to be found.
Other premier inns the restaurant has always been in the hotel. This one isn’t and you have to book. Weren’t aware of this either. But the food was delicious. Hot and tasty.
When requesting more pillows or towels be prepared to carry them to you room yourself as staff just hand them to you from a door in reception.
Overall. It was ok
Friendly and welcoming staff and all Covid precautions make you feel safe. Comfortable room the only niggle is the WiFi signal isn’t great but if you go into the car park you can usually get a signal. I will be back
Staff very good and the safety aspects sorted. Just a couple of negatives, try to ask for odd number rooms face the back so quieter, as no air con, also tables in the restaurant have chewing gum problem!. Room very good as usual read the new rules as they are not serviced as general.
The hotel and Beefeater restaurant had got this spot on.
We felt safe and secure, all precautions were taken, The staff were excellent.
Rooms were clean and once booked in know one came into the room until we left. Anything you needed e.g. change of towels etc. was left outside your room door in a sealed bag.
The Restaurant, although with not an extensive menu, was secure, a one way system is used, and social distance between tables was adhered to.
A pleasant stay
Excellent 2 night stay spotless room. Staff very friendly and attentive. Would recommend to friends and family. Breakfast in Beefeater very good value. All social distancing followed.......both in priemer inn and beefeater
