Me and my husband stayed here in one of the jacuzzi rooms. Room was clean, bed was enormous and very comfortable, the jacuzzi was lots of fun, and staff were absolutely lovely. Could not fault it. Centrally located as well so perfect for business and travel around London.

Had a wonderful stay in London in this hotel for my partners birthday. We booked the splash suite with a hot tub in the room.
I can’t believe that they charge what they did for it because the suite far exceeded our expectations and the price point. The suite had quality of a suite 2 times the price. Absolutely great and a little gem, our new go to place.
I have read some of the bad reviews and I can’t see what the hell the “people” are on about?? Really, really can’t,obviously some people are complete fruit cakes and will never be happy with anything at all and will just moan and bore paint off the wall.
The great thing is they won’t be back so more opportunity for us and other normal people to stay at this great hotel.
Just try this hotel completely ignore all the bad reviews because they are just nonsense. You won’t be disappointed, Can’t wait for our next visit.

I am so glad we found this hotel. The great reviews and the even better price prompted a last min two night stay.
The room we were allocated was tiny but perfectly adequate for our needs. It was clean and nicely decorated so we were very happy.
Location was great, 5 min walk to the tube.
Would absolutely stay again without hesitation.

Booked a room via their website for my girlfriends birthday. We arrived slightly early and were greeted warmly by receptionist who kindly allowed us to leave our bags at the site whilst we went out to the Science museum just a 5minute walk away. When we arrived to our room we were surprised by an upgrade, balloons and petals with a nice birthday card on the bed which was a really nice touch.
The room was nicely decorated, with complimentary biscuits, tea and coffee. The bathroom had a bathtub and walk in shower that was spacious and the water pressure was very good. The room itself was on the smaller side but still enough space for the 2 of us to be comfortable in. The bed and pillows were extremely comfy.
We did have plans to go out in the evening but decided to stay in and order room service, which we also enjoyed.
The location is excellent, a 5 minute walk will bring you to 3 museums and plenty of shops and restaurants.
Overall it's a great little hotel with very friendly staff that will make your experience here worthwhile. We will be returning!

Hi, I think only some of them do, so get them to confirm. I would opt for the penthouse if possible. Have a lovely stay.
