Could not fault the hotel or the staff, the room - deluxe - was spotless The staff couldn't do enough for us and were very polite and friendly, service was excellent. would definitely recommend if staying on Lewis. Only approx 25 mins drive out of Stornoway. There is a little pub up the road.

We stayed here last week. Lovely large clean room. The staff pulled out all the stops when Scottish Hydro work (Power off) over ran by 1 1/2 hours in the evening. They still managed to provided us with food. The food both nights was excellent.

We had a very warm welcome, from the lovely waitress. Lunch was very promptly delivered and delicious. We will definitely be back. Very clean and spacious dining room, nothing seemed to much bother. Unlike many places we have eaten it was cosy as toast.

We booked a double room for 5 night in February 2018, We got there late evening after a long day of travelling form the North East of England. The staff at the hotel were amazing and greeted us with a very warm welcome. They asked if we would like a free upgrade to one of the chalet's. We of course said yes and it was very big and comfortable with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and large bathroom with bath/shower. Double bed was very comfortable and duvet kept us nice and cosy, property was centrally heated throughout. There was also a covered decked area facing North, this was good as we were there to see the Northern Lights and we were not disappointed, street light's go off at about 11.30 pm so plenty of dark skies. Great value for money and there was a breakfast included in the price. Lots of things to do an see. Close to the sea.

Overnight stay here and the room and hotel were really nice , room was spacious and very nicely presented, nice comfy bed nice pillows nice large wardrobe tv coffee and tea facilities in room , free wi fi , very clean modern hotel , breakfast was lovely with great views , staff very friendly and helpful would recommend .
