Our family wanted a break coz of the pandemic and we were looking for luxury, exclusive and safe holiday and we planned our visit for Wild flower hall at Mashobra and decided to break our journey at Sukhvilas. We are so glad we did that and the pool villa was awesome for kids. The food was delicious from Salmon to Rarra meat and Amritsari fish. Chef Gurmeet and vijay are awesome. Front desk staff Palak and Sanchit the manager will take care of all needs and super prompt. House keeping the unsung heroes are great and super prompt. Restaurant manger Prateek takes care of everything himself. I would be coming back here to stay after my visit to Wild flower hall. Thanks a lot for a memorable and safe stay. Just one tip
When u order room service keep 40mins-1 hour lead time.

As you'd expect from an Oberoi property, this is a well appointed 5 star luxury property, but, with a few minor flaws. I was here recently as part of a wedding crew that was amidst partial lockdown / quarantine rules, so I have factored in some leniency while writing this review.

Overall - a fun, relaxing stay where all our requests were catered to.

PROS:
- Great room for a base category room (we had a premier)
- We had a night at their luxury suite and it was unbelievably good. The pool and outdoor area around the suite was one of the most relaxing I have seen across the world.
- iPad control of the room, doorbell camera and the TOTO neorest (a WC worth mentioning in the review) all made our stay great.
- Exceptional guest service as you can expect from the team at Oberoi
- The GM - Abhimanyu Lodha, the manager - Prateek and our housekeeping team did not say no for anything, despite our demanding requests at odd hours.

CONS:
- The rooms and corridors were a bit rough around the edges. The much touted view from our bathtub wasn't available to us as the blinds were not functioning. Another guest in our group at AC issues.
- Some minor design flaws - the shower head is way to low. I'm 5'10" and it was almost at the height of my forehead. And not adjustable too! Weird, considering the rooms have a really high ceiling.
- It might just be me but the architecture (though aesthetically similar to other Oberoi properties) is a bit weird. Given the amount of space / land, the corridors and room layout is just plain weird. But this might be a personal peeve of mine.
- F&B was not up to the mark. But I have not taken stars off as this was during CoVid affected times.

We went to celebrate my wife’s birthday and could not have been more pleased with our stay. The service, even during these tough times, was absolutely unwavering in the true Oberoi spirit. We were quite happy to see the amount of precautions taken all across the property and by the staff members themselves. It truly allowed one to relax and unwind.

The management went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We stayed a couple of nights in the tent with a private pool villa. The surrounding forest and with its many birds made for a very enjoyable lounging experience.

I cannot recommend this property enough! We’re certainly looking forward to visiting again

I usually don’t write reviews but I couldn’t have missed this one. The outstanding hospitality of the Sukhvilas has pushed me to tell how good I felt. Every person in the staff is unique. I didn’t know we would be visiting not just a hotel but a complete honeymoon packaged resort with professionals to click photos, to show us around the jungles, to show us the property as we owned it for the days we were there, the best quality food and lots more.

We stayed 2 nights at the Royal Tent with pool and frankly speaking it didn’t feel less than a room at all, in fact it was better as the roof had the tent feeling and from the outside it looked like a tent but was actually a room with walls. I was double minded about booking this room in the month of July not being sure how the air conditioners would work in this heat but trust me it was so chilled that we had to turn of one the units as it had 6 tons of chilling in the room by 2 separate units. Being the monsoon, I also thought there would be a issue of bugs and snakes, but trust we came across none. The pool was very well kept and felt fully safe anytime of the day except we didn’t swim in the day to avoid tanning but as the evening would come in we just wouldn’t leave the pool. It wasn’t anything less than a beach side honeymoon vacation.

After the first two nights we shifted to the Luxury Villa with Pool, honestly it was so big that we had to make a time table to go chill at every corner to enjoy the villa to the fullest. The pool of course was larger and felt better as the area around it was much more, specially for the pictures. The best thing I loved about the villa was that the living and dinning was separate from the bedroom as it’s at home, and since it was the Covid time going on and breakfast was better served in the room, we would be sleeping in the bed while the food was being laid at the table and we would get a knock once it was all laid out. And because of this we didn’t really miss going to the Resturant or the coffee shop for the breakfast and anyways we would’ve hated walking in the heat to get our meals. The pantry in the villa was the best for me as I was carrying loads of beer and champagne and it was so cool to have a big refrigerator which would chill it all at once unlike the mini bar fridge.

Now about the property, we understand we couldn’t expect much in this though times of the pandemic, which is the spa, the pool and the gym was shut keeping in mind the norms of the government. But honestly we didn’t feel the need of any because of the extremely good service we received by the staff and all thanks to Mr. Abhimanyu Singh Lodha, the General Manager of the hotel for having us treated beyond our expectations. The property was so well kept even in this time that we didn’t feel anything was missing. The lawns were nicely manicured as was so soothing to look at, that we wished we could stay there forever. Usually I’m the kind who misses home after a few days but this property didn’t let me miss home even once. Also on special request, the hotel arranged a private candle light dinner for us on one of the nights which is the most memorable parts of our stay. Hats of the Chef Rahul for the amazing seven course he prepared for us, which was by far the best meal of our stay.

If anyone of you want your pictures to be clicked in the property and want a professional service, look out for Shushant.

If you are an adventurous guy, look out for Tadbir and Zeeshan and plan out a cycling trip to the jungle behind the property with them.

If you want an exceptional house keeping at lightning speed make sure to request the hotel to have Rohit and Abhimanyu at you service. They did a better job than they were told to do.

If you want the best breakfast layout in the room please request for Vaibhavi only. The in room coffee she made beats every good coffee shop hands down.

If you want some personalizations at the Resturant please look for Maan and Prateek. They will be more than happy to do anything.

Since these were the names I remembered hence I mentioned them but every person in the staff did more than their ability to make this trip the most memorable for us and I’m sure they would do it for all the others also.

This was by far the best honeymoon anyone could’ve had in the lockdown. And not once did it feel we could’ve planned to a better place than this.

The lamb pappardelle pasta

Desserts:
Vanilla tortino
Bread pudding

We were so impressed on arrival with the welcome. The overjoyed at our room and the staff were so informative and professional, but soft and kind.
Our room was amazing with everything and more that you could wish for. Unfortunately my husband had picked up a 'bug' in the days leading up to our arrival and was not at all well.The chef was informed and when we went into dinner - he came to our table and then made a 'kedgri' for him to settle his stomach.
The General Manger and staff, suggested we move to a 'Royal Tent' m. Wow and wow again.
We were taken to this 'tent', which sat in its own grounds with a personal swimming pool and there we stayed, venturing out to sample the delights of the Chefs food - not my husband who was still on the Chef's special diet with an odd banana for a treat!
NEVER have either of us experienced such care and attention from the whole staff of any hotel in the world. The manager - Abhimanyu Singh Lodha and his staff were simply wonderful - thank you.
