The hotel is incredibilly beautiful but the room doesn`t have A/C and it is totally hot during the day and during the night, the customer service is not the best so I recommend to pay attention to customer service in front desk.

El hotel es muy hermoso pero la habitaciòn donde me hospedè no tenia aire acondicionado y era muy caliente durante el dia y durante la noche, el servicios al cliente no era el mejor màs que todo el recepcion y deberian mejorar.

I stayed for one night in October. On arrival my car was parked for me and ready at reception in the morning. The reception staff were helpful, the room clean and comfortable without frills. Ideal as a business visitor. A very early morning start meant I not having the opportunity to check out the breakfast service.

The room was large, modern and clean. The room had only a shower, not a bath tub. We enjoyed the 'rain shower' in a simply but tastefully designed bathroom. It seems Mexican hotels do not provide face towels, and I was lucky to have my own. They provided a small bottle of lotion which had a nice almond smell, and I kept it as my souvenir.

The hotel provided variety of food for breakfast and a free drink ticket to be used at the bar. The receptionists were very nice, even though my Spanish was far from perfect. Their English was better. The map they gave me was the best.

The only bad point was it was a little far from the historical part of town, 15-20 minutes walk. I made three return trips on foot on the same day and got a little tired, because of the road closure on Good Friday.

The place is to four blocks of Zocalo, two streets to San Francisco de Asis church and Conventions Center. The rooms are cleaner and the relation value over price and place, made it an excellent option to travel with family.

Te breakfast had a very nice taste and the hotel have space to park your car.

The room we stayed, only have a fan to refresh the room.

6 blocks from the center and 2 blocks from every kind of shop you can think of... Beds hard but doable. Free breakfast great... Reception great. Parked car ever time we arrived.. Changed my room to get better Wi-Fi. Answered all my questions.. Reception around the clock . very nice and super clean rooms..
