Third visit in three years:
Very helpful friendly reception staff, super generous free cocktail hour, good breakfast selection.
Newly added rooms modern and very functional.
Pool is an afterthought and not worthy the Hampton name.
The real downside is the high price compared to many competing hotels in the area, almost double (partly compensated by free happy hour).

Had an amazing stay! The front desk clerk Miguel that checked me in was one of the friendliest staff! I had forgotten my phone charger and he went over beyond to help me out. Always had a smile! The beds were comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was very good! And the pool was a bit cold but thats exactly how it should be, specially in the summer! Perfect family friendly hotel! Will recommend to everyone and will be staying here again.

pool to cold to be able to have fun kids were not able to stay more than 10 min, there were some bad smell while we were on the pool area. the happy hour is very good we were not able to stay for other personal reasons but looks very good

My family and I stayed at this hotel for 5 days. It is a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The kids loved pool and not to mention social hour was amazing. We traveled to Ciudad Juarez for my husband's appointment at the US Embassy Consulate. We felt so welcomed. The staff was very helpful and we felt very safe in the establishment. When we arrived from our appointment at the US Consulate we were so excited because my husband's visa was APPROVED and the staff was genuinely happy for us. They congratulated us. You don't understand how much that meant.
