Write a reviewI would have forgotten this hotel if I hadn't been reminded of it recently. We didn't have any issues during our stay as such but the pool was a bit grotty, it was too far out from everything and the room was small with a rubbish shower but the air con worked fine and we didn't have the bug problems some have mentioned. But then, we did keep our door shut.

What should I start with????Bad mannered staffs,they were not at all happy to serve you and only they can answer is "it is not possible",Untidy rooms,very noisy after dusk because of bugs and insects,there is no pest control in the room as a result you can see bugs in your room and toilet,AC did not worked at our room,I was in washroom to take a bath and was in half done situation with soap and shampoo while discover that there were no water till 30mins waited in that way in washroom while they were fixing their pump.The bed with full of bedbugs is placed in such a way that just above it there is a wall mounted lamp which if you raise our head unconsciously can hurt you and cause you bleed,A very small swimming pool with lot of bird poops and mud with no maintenance,No wifi connection at your rooms and no transfer to beach while it is atleast 30mins away from the main market.Staffs behave very rudely and they dont care about any of your discomfort.A terrible experience will never come back or recommend any one to spoil their hard earned holiday.

The other rooms looked alright (as far as we could see from some open doors) but ours was not. We didn't even have a key and lock like the rest but a padlock and key for our door, resembling some sort of shed. The bathroom was crawling with ants amongst other creepers. It was sort of tacked onto the bedroom, where the wall and corrugated roof did not meet and so it let rain water in. The toilet didn't flush properly and we kept having to ask for toilet paper and soap as there is no proper housekeeping.
The wifi was temperamental at best and the air conditioning super noisy. Also, don't get too excited about the pool, it's really nothing special...or particularly clean.
On a positive note, the staff are really friendly.

Nice place, the staff are very attentions and kind, my room was very clean and tidy, they have many tour options at the reception and accept VISA and MasterCard, I didn´t try the pool but it looked nice too, you can also rent a motorbike for 200 baht a day
The resort is about 5 minutes walking to the beach and 15 to 20 minutes walking to the shopping area in AoNang, but at night there is a really dark way what is a bit scary, anyway I felt really safe in all times in Krabi and Bangkok

The staff was friendly and helpful. Had a nice motorbike delivered for us. Decent wifi.
The night we arrived here the air con in our room didn't work. After about two hours they moved us to another room next to the road. Do not accept a room next to the road because it is extremely loud and sounded like we were sleeping on a mattress on the road! The next day they moved us by the pool which was much quieter. The pool area is nice. We didn't really have much of a bug problem as some of the other people have suggested. We stayed here five nights and they never cleaned our room. The third day they said they would but didn't. The forth day they said they would but we told them not to bother at that point. Had to ask for more toilet paper because we ran out. Twice we ran out of water. Had to get a bottle of water to wash the soap off of my husbands face. It was a memorable experience!

Room Tip: Do not get a room by the road! Rent a motorbike to get around.
