We two couples enjoyed the package on 19th & 20th November 2011. Delux Rooms on first floor are Good. But Couples have to take care because in night at around 1.15pm somebody was peeping in our room through window. Swimming pool was very clean. Food was also good, they offered different types at lunch and dinner. Mr.Godbole attended us personally and was taking care of satisfaction of the customers. Planning for New Year Celebration with Friends and family.

Most of the rooms have common balconys.. which means that I can get out on my balcony and view the other room from their window. We stayed in a so called Deluxe room, on the first floor. The curtain at the window does not even cover the entire window. Our neighboring room was unoccupied. In the night at around 2.00am while we were watching tv, we noticed a man hiding behind our window on the balcony and peeping inside our room. I immediately ran to catch him, but he ran into his room and escaped from inside. All the lights in and around the staircase were off, and it was dark as ever. I checked the other room, it was unoccupied, but the door was open, which means that this was done by one of the hotel staff.
My suggestion- couples stay away from this place, as there have been complaints earlier as well of men peeping inside rooms from the window.

my feedback:-

zoia resort and spa, karjat is the worst resort I have ever stayed in.

There was no power supply for more thAn 10 hours during our stay.

There was no water supply in the morning.

AC was not working well.

TV was not working atall.

Room service was pathetic.

The duty manager was hopeless ,helpless and aboslutely non cooperative. He deserves to get thrown away from the resort.

We had a 1 year old baby with us and due to this redeculous service,it faced tremendous problem and discomfort.
senior management's responce as a concerned authority was unexpectadly bad and careless.

I m going to complaint to all the concerned authorities and will ask for reassesment of your regiatsration and licence for providing the inhuman treatement to guests.

Ya thats true highly inco-operative staff. This place is a definite no no to whoever really is looking for cleanliness. They are very good at fooling people.
We became members of Club Zoia(supposedly the same as Zoia Mountain Spa & Resorts). Through every communication I had mentioned I want 4 Deluxe rooms in main building and till the last minute they never gave written confirmation. They did give a verbal committment but nine formally.
After accepting our advance payment they tell us deluxe rooms are not available for our stay hence they would be offering a bungalow with 4 rooms insisting that it is equivalent quality and stuff. Finally we agreed but decided to cconfirm only once we see the place.
Firstly reaching this place is a task, secondly on arrival it looks like an empty property without any staff, you have to figure your way out to the reception yourself not too tough but unaccepted a place of hospitality.
On arrival they were still figuring out what to offer to us. Finally they guide us to a bungalow which on opening stinks of a dead rat. Paint is off the walls and bed is not in shape. Bathroom has leaking taps and whole place smells as if moisture laden and not opened for days.
Guess what later we actually find a dead rat in a bungalow that was supposed to be offered to a group of 8 people and was claimed to be equivalent quality to their Delux rooms.
Hopeless staff, highly unhospitable, rude and unfriendly. They complete disowned committments made by Club Zoia as though its another entity from another planet.
People if even after reading this you plan to go please please confirm all your bookings very well in writing.

We had our Office overnight picnic at ZOIA resort on 21st and the 22nd of November. We had one of worst experience out ther. In all we had taken 158 people from our company for this picnic.

First of all the rooms which were offered to us was very filthy. Below are the problems which were faced with respect to the rooms.

1. Some of the bathrooms were without water.
2. There was no hot water in other rooms
3. Frogs and lizards were found in bathrooms. On making compaint we were told that since the resort is in the middle of the jungle these creater are there.
4. Batrooms were without latch
5. There were no intercom facility in the room. Hence if we had to call for any thing, we had walk down till the reception which was good 200 mtrs away from our rooms.
6. Flush in the bathroom was not working.
7. TV's were not working

All the above complaints is with respect to the Bunglow in ZOIA resort which wwas offered to the management of the company. Infact that bunglow was not operational I guess and it given to us without even checking the above things. At around 9 in the night after so many complaints and yelling we were made shift in other rooms. This was real inconvenience.

The other major issue faced was during midnight. One of the staff member was caught red handed peeping in our girls room from the window. Hence we had to call the police and hand over the person to the police. The management of the resort instead of cooperating with us, he played trick with us he called the police with whom he had some jack. And 5 in the morning we were made to go to the police station and tell them that we did not had issue. This was one of our worst experience and would never recommend any one for this resort.
