More than two stars, for me it is a four stars. Cleanets and modern hotel, huge room, excellent toilet. The breakfast is wonderful, the staff very kind, the price economic. Big parking in the same area.

Firstly, this hotel was difficult to find as its in Aginaga, not Usurbil.
The positives were that the room was a very good size and clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. San Sebastion was easy to easy to access by road.
However, the hotel lacked atmosphere and the WiFi was very poor
Contrary to other reviews, we were not impressed by the meal at the next door restaurant. It was not very flavoursome.

The hotel is in the countryside - lovely location, short drive from San Sebastián. We stayed for 3 nights. Our room was a nice size, spotless, modern design, a good bathroom (excellent shower) and a comfortable bed. Air con worked well. It's a quiet area - which suits us. Plenty of parking.
Excellent coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice at breakfast with cheese, meat, bread, fruit and croissants.
The restaurant next door has to be tried -full cider house experience!
The only downside of the restaurant being next door is that there is no bar or lounge in the hotel. I would bring a travel kettle next time.
Staff are very friendly and helpful, giving us some great suggestions about where to visit. We felt very welcome.

Picked as a base for touring San Sebastain area and found it ideal being a few minutes drive from the radial road network. Reception was warm, friendly and efficient. The lady was a great source of information. Rooms were clean, simple and had very comfortable beds. Bathroom was smallish but well equiped. Absolutely no facilities in the hotel other than a breakfast room and a vending machine ! Breakfast was a cold collation plus a toasting machine. Good juice and coffee served to your table. Regular bus stops a few minutes away for the 30 mins €1.70 ride into central San Sebastian. Co-owned restaurant next door is the only other commerce in the village which is Aginaga, NOT Usurbil which is some kilometers away.
