This place has a few things to do. You can take in the Celtics or Bruins game, depending on time of year, or you can take in the New England Sports Hall of Fame. Either way you are going to see the future and some of the past of sports in the New England area.
This is the only place to see the Boston Red Sox. IF you are luck enough to see a game, try to watch it from the Green Monster Seats. If you can't make it for a game, take in one of the daily tours. These happen every hour, and is a great way to learn about the history of the ballpark and the Red Sox.
this is a great place to have a bite to eat before heading up to the ball game. The place is situated in Fenway park, and you can actually watch batting practice from the restaurant, if you get there early enough. The food is fresh and has all the local specialities.
This is a great spot to get a little history lesson. Here you will go through an interactive museum to learn about one of the greatest ships in American history.
How do you go to Boston, without seeing anything about Paul Revere.
This is a great place to check out some history. Make sure you follow the Freedom Trail to all the other spots for your history lesson.
great piece of American history, and is a must see for all history buffs.
another great spot for some history. This is Boston's way of remembering WW2.
This is the street where a lot of things happen. There is great little local spots to eat, drink and shop. I have been unable to find a bad spot on this street for any of those things.
This is one of, if not the greatest, university to attend in the whole world. Just walking through the halls, you feel smarter. Great place to walk around and see everything that Harvard has to offer. The buildings are old and new, which is good for history buffs, or architectural lovers. There is also nice quiet spots to relax in the shade.

I went here 3 times in a week. The seafood is unreal and fresh. You have to try the chowder, if you are in the area but I would go out of my way to eat here.
This restaurant is a great place for some good local food. It is located in the Hotel Commonwealth, just steps away from Fenway. The oyster bar is top notch, as well are the brekfast options. I don't think you can have a bad meal here.
This is the only way to see Boston. The Trolley stops at all the hot spots. It also has hop on hop off service so that you can spend all the time you want at each stop. The drivers are very knowledgeable as well and will help you learn just a little more about the city.
Here is the home of the first sports bar, and the Dropkick Murphys. You will be delighted with alot of local sports history, as well as great food and atmosphere. This is a great spot to watch a sporting event, or just stop in for a beer and food. You may also be lucky enough to run into Ken Casy, lead singer of the Dropkick Murhpys and bar owner. I make sure I go here everytime i am in the city.
