I'm a born and bred Queenstown local and have lived 16 years of my life in Switzerland. I've been educated at the Swiss Hotel School in Lucerne and have about 16 years experience in restaurants and bars. I've witnessed a lot of coming and going of all sorts of businesses in Queenstown and believe I know what works well and what doesn't. I will never give a bad review on Trip Advisor, I prefer just to speak to the management directly if I'm unhappy with a product or service. I take that back about never giving a bad review, as SOMETIMES, the establishment really deserves it!! I was also ten years in the Swiss Army and know about living in a dorm with 16 to 30 soldiers. I also grew up in a motel here in Queenstown, so I know a thing or two about guest accommodation. I speak four languages fluently and have studied eight, so I can fairly say that I know a thing or two about effective communication as well.

Quick, healthy, tasty and colourful. Not too long to place your order at a counter where you see all the fillings. The staff are all friendly and there's a loyalty programme for regulars.
Great ribs for lunch. Bring appetite for this. Love the spacious tables and beautiful toilets.
Great place for all carnivores. They have a $15 lunch special which is great bang per buck. I am yet to visit in the evening.
quick, cheap and cheerful lunches for only ten bucks. Lunchtime is quiet, but evenings are pumping during the happy hour.
a really quick bite. A nice choice of different flavours.
Very friendly attentive staff and a home-away-from-home feeling makes this place great.
Great pies and great value. Awesome when in a hurry.
The ultimate escape for peace and quiet. Fantastic for swimming in summer
The ultimate views!! Well worth the walk. So much to see and learn on the way. The forest is stunning with all the toadstools and stone sculptures left behind by other walkers.
