No where on my tickets does it say the "exact" to arrive. I was given the 13:00 to 15:00 window. Is there a place on the ticket that states the "exact" departure time? Thank you.
Just arrive when you want to in that window and you will be admitted
No. There is no timeframe on the ticket. Meaning if your timeframe, which you bought says 13-15h, then you should also be there in that timeframe. Once you’re there, you present your ticket to the person there and he puts you in your special line accordingly. Then it takes about 15 minutes and you’re in the building, go through security and up the elevator.
Arrive during the time stated on ticket.
You can arrive anytime during that time slot.
Not exactly sure what u are asking but I think you are referring to the duration of ur stay. Technically you could stay up there as long as u like. I stayed for dinner so was up there for over 3 hours. You can leave whenever you like. Enjoy!
We had a specific time went a few minutes early and got right in
We even had skip the line to come down
There was a long line but paying the extra fee was worth it
We had an exact time just before sunset for “skip the line” on a week day. We went in at that time and there was no line and I got the impression we could have went in earlier. We stalled by walking a bit, waiting for our designated time. It wasn’t very crowded when we went in but as the sun was setting it got a bit more crowded. I hear summer is heavier. We went in early May. As far as time there, no one was making anyone leave.
I'm pretty sure that you can go anytime on that time frame and will be admitted. To be safe just go at 13:00 and reach out to any of the guys that work on the observatory, you will recognize them easily by their uniforms and they can answer any doubt you may have.
