There are several places along this route. Especially off Main Street. If you travel west during the summer there is a fresh produce store that serves food also.

There are plenty of good restaurants @ a block from the trail in Old St Charles. Heading west from there, it's quite a ways (10-15 miles) until you get to any restaurants. Defiance would be the next main stop, plus a few wineries not far off the trail between Defiance & Augusta. Several more wineries, restaurant & bars are there....but UP the hill from the trail. Next westward stop wd be Dutzow. As someone else mentioned, definitely bring plenty of your own water & refill at various points.

Yes, St. Charles has lots of restaurants. Augusta has a winery and a nice restaurant called something with a Goose in it. Hermann has good restaurants. We liked the bistro. Jefferson has many restaurants. Boonville, only open on weekends. Not all of the towns have restaurants and some are only open on weekends. Check the website for the Katy Trail.

Several places, but many are closed on Monday & Tuesday.

The interactive mileage chart on the Katy Trail website helps.

There are a couple of long stretches, though, with minimal services, so be sure to take water & energy bars.
