Hi everyone, I've been trying to make a booking for flight transfers from Nadi to Musket Cove, but have really struggled getting a response throughout this whole process. I have emailed several times to chase up and tried calling too - has anyone had a similar experience? Any suggestions? Have sent all our detailed through including the completed credit card authorisation form, but can't get a confirmation or response. Looks like these guys have great reviews so was keen to use them.. but getting nervous as we are due to arrive this weekend! Thanks in advance!
We've just gotten back from Fiji and had very much the same level of issues you are. For what should have been a fairly simple transfer - Just trying to arrange that I had to send over 30 emails before we left and we still have the wrong paper work! (Also our transfer was supposed to be a helicopter out and seaplane back but the day before our transfer I received an email saying we had been booked onto the seaplane out not the helicopter as requested - Can I guess when you've been dealing with someone called Leni? That is who I was dealing with for the most part and if you email with more than one question in an email if you do manage to get a reply he'll only ever answer one question at a time! I'm not sure what has happened to this company but it seems they have gone from having good reviews to being totally inept!

Once you're at the airport the staff there and the pilots are great but seeming just the booking part of this company are awful - If you're not already committed I'd consider using a different company - I certainly will never be using them again.
If you are committed hopefully Alison can help (She was helpful prior to us leaving not helpful while we were out there!)

We had no problems, but I know the whole place works on “Figi Time”, and it can be frustrating to some who are used to efficiency.
Hey Ryan, sorry to hear you also struggled with sorting your transfers! Yes you’re right we were dealing with the same person.. and just like you I had to get in contact with Alison to get a response (even after multiple calls directly to them!) I was very getting pretty frustrated and pretty close to giving up but was committed given how close it was to our travels! I was told they had problems with their system ... anyway we got there in the end
