My wife and I always book a bedroom and towels, soap and shampoo are available and you have your own toilet and sbower. In roomettes, there are those items but the shower is on the first level of the car and toilets are located on both levels - one on the secod and three on the lower level. Have never travelled coach so can't say what is avaiable.
