Is this owner ever going to do a course in hospitality or customer relations?
we visited this cafe earlier in the year at least twice
and had no problems whatsoever with the service or staff
We found the staff there awesome . They could not do enough for us actually. Helped us to inquire about the model over the road and also directions. The food was delicious and the cafeteria different with lots of antique assortments to look at. Being daily MAORI HOSPITALITY WOULD NEVER BE AN ISSUE. . XO
Yes I agree with 'LMB27958'. 'byron509'to be fair l have known the owners of 'Kirsties' for many years now and only as a customer and besides their food and drink and cafe'. They are impeccable people .
I would say this . That you check your own attitude out first . "Pull the 'Log' out of your own eyes first perhaps . Before you attempt to take the tiny 'speck' out of someone else's eyes and destroy their good vision . Perhaps . Just perhaps . You were the one that stayed up too late and got out of bed late . Next time you have an issue with someone . Remember that you aught to take the issue up with the Manager and not directly with the staff .
Also there is a much better way of casting slurs than you have . Like leaving a big ugly message . Again . Be a man . Don't hide behind a Pseudonym. (False name . Aka)But use your full name or better still go and talk to the Manager himself and solve the issue
The staff here were AMAZING! So helpful, tolerant (we had a big group), friendly and happy. The food was good, service was excellent. From my experience neighter a course in hospitality nor customer relations is required. Something isn't adding up here for you to be adding this question - byron509, have you inquired directly to the business owner.
