We will be in New Zealand in November and would like to try your restaurant out. I would like to know the price range of the food so I know how to budget for this. Thank you!
The best thing is to check out their menus as they change. Visit their website bethanys. co. nz (I have had to separate the address as it won't let me post a website but put them all together)
As a note desserts are huge & big enough to share
There food is great, our work staff eat there regularly for lunch & our family for dinner. We have never been disappointed yet. Enjoy your time here in NZ
Disregard Lijuan S answer who obviously hasn't been to Bethany's! Joan M's review is accurate.
Without drinks, $100 for 4 of us, with steak, pasta, focacia, bacon n chorizo.
If you read other reviews about pricing would be by far one other the best priced and placed cafes / restaurants in Palmerston North only problem may be the metered parking but worth a visit
The meals range between $15-$30. It usually costs us around $60 for 2 with a coffee each. Hope that helps you
Budget for $100 - $130 we don't drink so just had juice and was just under $100 for 2 people
The average lunch price is about $15 to $20 . There are lots of lovely restaurants in Palmerston North, with prices for lunch in that range for a proper sit down lunch. Haven't been to Bethanys for dinner. You can sit upstairs or outside and this is very pleasant. Its in the middle and easily to get to. Good luck...
The other two answers are correct as to price. The 3rd answer doesnt appear to have eaten at Bethany's as we have been several times and always had excellent treatment, really good food and the restaurant, toilet facilities etc are very well kept. I recommend their rice pudding with pears and crumble topping! Everything is served so atractively it could be a work of art!
As I rememberlunch about $10 to $15 and dinner mains about $25 to $30.
Middle range between $18 - $25 for lunch/brunch and around $30ish for dinner. We do enjoy the food and the restaurant is right in the middle of town, so transport is not a problem.
This isn't my restaurant. And I wouldn't recommend you visit this place either.
The food isn't great and they don't take great care in the place either.
The prices are rediculous expensive for what it is.
Feel free to contact me if you want some advice for where to go and what places are fantastic.
