Hiya,

Can I use a GoPro on the swing?

If so what connection would you recommend?

Hi Jim

We do allow you to bring you own Go Pro, which you can use on most jumpstyles (some jumpstyles you can't for your own safety), so long as it's securely fastened with a hands free mount. Chest, wrist and head mounts are all good, but sorry no selfie sticks. It is at your own risk too. Hope this helps. Cheers!!

Hi there,

One of the young men carried a GoPro when he was on the swing but it has to be securely fasted to you. I think he held the stick and had it strapped to his wrist? (He wanted to video his face on the way down as he chose to do a back flip off the platform). There are people in the river below so you can't drop anything.

Yes you can use a go-pro. You need a wrist mount.

No I don't think you are allowed to. That's why they will record the jump for you and also photographs are taken and most likely you will buy from them.

Thanks all for your answers.

I went today and brought my wrist strap.

They had no problem with anyone using proper head, chest or wrist mounts although they made us aware that if they fell off for eg it was our risk.

Stick mounts weren't allowed.

Wrist mount probably best option
