400 grms of seasoned pork chops cooked over the grill.

Carne Empalada

300 grms of beef knuckle, beer and onion marinated and cooked with a slow flame from the best manuka wood.


Chuleta Valluna

250 grms deep-fried breaded pork schnitzel, traditionally marinated. This is an authentic delight from the world salsa capital.


El Humero Pork

300 grms of El Humero marinated pork shoulder, cooked in wood-fire oven for 12 hours.



Best of both worlds, Sirloin on one side and Eye Fillet on the other, beautiful 500 grams dish.

Colombian-style sour cream.
