There are slopes leading to the beaches and promenade at various points. There is one at the top of Queens Road opposite Kings House flats. Park at the top and then you have no steps.

yes there are 4 disabled parking bays, but you can park anywhere as long as you display the disability badge, access to the beach is via very steep steps
