What travellers are saying
- CiocilalaTucson, AZ37 contributionsNice variety of local and tropical environments. Informative for older children, tropical fish for young children to follow, relaxing for adults.Written 4 March 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BomohMount Gambier, Australia760 contributionsWouldn't let me in on a seniors evidence despite sign so had to pay full entrance fee. Very good display of fossils and dynosaurs. Excellent coal mine display showing underground workings.Written 2 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Japan KevinIwaki, Japan6 contributionsBeautifully landscaped garden and lake/pond accessible without purchasing a ticket. You can't get a good view of the temple without paying, however. The temple itself is beautiful, though that bridge crossing into it sure could use a coat of paint. Built in 1160 AD, so that's quite interesting. Good for bird watching or just a relaxed stroll but once you've been there a time or two you'll be satisfied with not going back for a while.Written 11 February 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephan1954Stuttgart, Germany356 contributionsThis lighthouse is also a museum. After a climb one reaches the lighthouse which is situated on a cape. As it is a museum one has to pay an entrance fee. The view from the top is worthwhile the climb.Written 3 August 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- TazukoAraiMusashino, Tokyo, Japan29 contributionsFor fresh seafood and souvenir, you can't beat this place. - aspendoeChico, CA12 contributionsIt is a farm that grows different types of tomatoes. A restaurant that is buffet style. The unique part of the buffet is that a person can eat as much as they want for one hour. The food was good and varied. The deserts they did not seem to refill fast enough. I enjoyed the tray that I ate off of because they had nine slots where food goes so a person could try as many of the foods as possible. The drinks were plenty and was included in the buffet.Written 19 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - bossrikIwaki, Japan58 contributionsHave been here 10s of times. This a park with a large creek running through it. About thirty minutes in there is a nice waterfall. There are places to have picnics. There is also a ~3-4 hour hiking course that goes up the creek for about half the way. I just love that very few people know about this place and it is never crowded these days. Unfortunately, I only went into the waterfall last time I was there and forgot my geiger counter so I can't say if the radiation is low enough for children yet or not.Written 22 January 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
