It is always interesting to see what fresh food is available to the locals in any city and this market gave a clear indication with plenty on offer. It is well worth a wander round and there are several places to eat should you feel the need.

Good place to visit whilst in Adelaide,
If you arrive at the pavilion before 10.30 and it's not 36 degrees, then there is a free guided walk around these beautiful gardens with a knowledgeable guide
Nice Victorian buildings to look at which have been well restored to their original grandeur alongside manicured gardens
    Well worth a visit

A great way to see the sea at Glenelg and the delights of the town. We took the tram down and thoroughly enjoyed a few hours wandering round the town. There are some attractions listed in Glenelg that seem to have disappeared but totherwise a lovely half day trip.

We took our kids 30 years ago to the zoo, now taking our grandson. The zoo looks great with all the shade and plants. We went on a day where there was so many schools children. We found it hard to see some of the animals cause the glass windows were dirty. Maybe a few more higher signs around for directions, we missed out on seeing a few animals.

When I walked through the main entrance. I received a warm welcome, as well a map and a thorough explanation of the layout of the art gallery. I really enjoyed all of the art work there.

This museum is situated next door to the Art Gallery of South Australia and can be visited sequentially with it. As the State has been in existence for less than two hundred years its collection has its limitations. Nevertheless, there is an abundance of exhibits about the natural history of the area together with a large section based on local earlier aboriginal settlements. The star exhibit is a giant squid which can be viewed from galleries on separate floors.
    Highly recommended.

It was Sunday and pouring rain on our day so hardly seen at it's best, but a most attractive area with an enormous selection of shops. Would have liked to have seen more small specialty places, but inner city rents don't encourage that I guess.

We spent a happy 45 minutes wandering through the stacks and reading the old maps at this historical site. Worth a visit as you explore the museums along this busy street.

We took the South Australia wine tasting experience in advance of a day trip to the Barossa Valley the following day. Very interesting & informative with a good tasting and food pairing experience to conclude.

Found this place on trip advisor and decided to check it out. The Japanese garden was tranquil, quiet and beautiful. You will enjoy the small but spectacular gardens. Take the time to explore and rest awhile.
