- Christopher ETruro, UK346 contributionsAbsolutely breathtaking is the only way to describe this stunning place of worship. For anyone interested in Sacred places and beautiful architecture this is a 'must see'! There is a charge of €5 per adult but it is well worth the cost.Written 31 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Airborne503Raleigh, NC39 contributionsI try to visit an art museum in every city that I visit rarely doing any research other than looking it up on TripAdvisor. This museum was an unexpected gem with a great renaissance collection! It was pouring outside which only encouraged me to stay longer. Don’t miss if you’re an art museum lover and you’re in the area.Written 11 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The Duomo is rather overshadowed by the adjacent Basilica but is certainly worthy of a visit. Once inside it is quite beautiful and free to enter.Written 31 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anton StoyanovSofia, Bulgaria1 contributionThis 12-th century bell tower would give you an amazing 360 degrees view around old Bergamo and the surrounding hills. The price is just 5.00 euro so don't miss it. You will definatelly stay long enough to admire the view of the churches, monasteries, the piazza below and the hills around Bergamo and while you are there the bells will ring so expect the ringing and don't be startle. There are plates with the buildings that you see which shows the year that they were built and a brief history.Written 21 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Elaina NAlexandria, VA47 contributionsThis is great fun for a very low price (only three euros for adults as of this writing), with lots of beautiful bird and animal specimens that kids would enjoy as well as adults. One warning -- the names and explanations are mostly in Italian. But there are a few exhibits with English descriptions, and you don't need too much explanation to enjoy the beauty of the specimens. Worth doing as part of a tour of the beautiful upper city of Bergamo.Written 14 November 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
