A serene and lovely trip up the Abel Tasman coast with stops at two gorgeous beaches with opportunities to take short hikes, swim, or kayak. Skipper Rod and his son Angus were passionate and knowledgeable and experienced. Appreciated their involvement in and knowledge about conservation. The lunch exceeded expectations and Rid was passionate about the locally sourced foods as well. If you’re looking for something easy with some activity this is perfect. If you were looking for more high intensity hikes or strenuousness, this might not be the right fit.

What a wonderful trip. Michelle picked us up at our hotel and took us to the boat. We then sailed north to the last stop and she was there with coffee and biscuits to meet us. Not only did we get to see Golden Bay but some wonderful walks along the way. It was an amazing day and my husband didn't have to drive all day!

We enjoyed our kayak tour with four other people. Quinn was a helpful and informative guide who managed changing weather very well and also helped other kayakers and hikers. Wear shorts/ swimwear as you will get wet. Bring a bag/ backpack with towel and dry clothes- this will go in the kayak’s watertight hatch.

A great day in Abel Tasman. Good easy morning walk up the coastal track. Rain at lunch disappeared once we got out on the water. A delightful afternoon kayak with guide Pandi who took us along the coast. The highlight was the group of baby seals frolicking by an island. They were still young enough to be curious about humans and swam back and forth only a handful of meters away. Unforgettable.

I had an amazing day sailing. I had to change my plans at the last minute because my husband wasn't feeling well, so I had to cancel the morning Kayaking portion of the excursion. Abel Tasman Sailing arranged a water taxi for me to meet up with the boat. They provided a lovely lunch, tea, cookies and snacks in their beautiful catamaran. I highly recommend them.

An excellent way to fit 2 activities into a day and see a fair bit of the Abel Tasman national park! Our guide Brody was full of information and made for a very safe and enjoyable 2/3hr paddle. Lunch provided was delicious. The walking section is beautiful and easy to complete in the time provided. All very well organised and worth the money!

We (2 of us) had an overnight charter being picked up at 5 pm and then dropped off after breakfast with Rod and Kim.They were both such
    good company and very knowledgable.
It was truly magical including stopping at Adele Island on the sandbank hearing all the birdsong.
Picked up a mooring buoy in a sheltered bay and had
aperitifs ,freshly cooked delicious dinner and wine and a nightime visit to the glow worm cave.Wont ever forget it!

Our group of seven had the most wonderful, amazing experience onboard the catamaran Te Harinui recently. Skipper Martin and Chef Joe made the whole trip the best it could possibly be, providing everything we needed and wanted plus so much more. Martin's extensive knowledge, experience and insight meant that he was able to tailor the trip to suit all of us perfectly, and everything far exceeded all of our expectations. Special thanks also to the company for the part they played in making sure the trip still went ahead when we had to make last-minute changes due to Cyclone Gabrielle. A fabulous trip and a fabulous company - thank you.
