Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Heidi OAuckland, New Zealand13 contributionsWe noticed the sculptures well before we knew anything about them, and thought they were a fantastic way to celebrate the cycling possibilities from Te Aroha. Then when we had lunch at Ironique and saw all the lovely furnishings there we realised there was a theme emerging, and finally learnt about Adrian Worsley and his work. Beautiful stuff.Written 11 July 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Terri2 contributionsWe live in Te Aroha and never knew this was here, just happened to come across it on Facebook so decided to book for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint, perfect for beginners. Matt was helpful and friendly. Great way to spend the morning cruising down the river. Would definitely book againWritten 16 March 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
