    Loved the winery
    We visited Derbusco and Mario. What an inspiring tour he gave. Interesting how the modern proces is nowadays in winemaking. And after that of course the wonderful winetasting of 6 Franciacorta wines with the small bites. We loved it. Thank you again for your hospitality Mario!

    Review of: Santa Lucia Franciacorta
    A beautiful vineyard with excellent hoste
    Myself and my boyfriend stumbled across this gem of a vineyard whilst walking through the Franciacorta area. The vineyard itself is absolutely gorgeous set amongst some of the most beautiful countryside. The hosts spoke good English (some of the best we have come across on our trip), the wine was absolutely delicious, and the tasting samples were generous! I would recommend to anyone visiting the area!

    Some days ago, very recently I've been to Ca' del Bosco with friends. I was looking for a calm place but not boring or conformist beverages and I found it.

    Review of: Bellavista
    Beautiful winery in Franciacorta
    We had a wonderful tour and tasting at Bellavista. Our tour guide Stephania (may not be spelling that right) was excellent. The winery is beautiful with lots of sculptures and a beautiful view of vineyards and mountains. After a thorough tour we were treated to 2 bottles of their wine. If we wanted we could have drank all of the wine which is a bit different then most tastings. The wines were excellent as was the experience. Definitely worth a visit.

    Review of: Le Porte Franche
    Good mall to go shopping!
    Nice mall conveniently located right off Highway A4
    Between Bergamo & Brescia + close to beautiful lago Iseo.

    I’ll qualify this post to say that the only reason why we stopped
    In a “Mall” ….or “centro commerciale” as they are known in Italy,
    was that there was a particular store I enjoy buying men’s clothing from and they have various locations in Italy – I was driving by this one and so we stopped.

    I would rate this as a mid-range mall, not super luxurious but not
    dumpy either. In fact if you are a budget minded shopper that
    likes nice things but don’t want to blow all your vacation money on them – a mall like this is ideal.

    (the same applies to supermarkets, for example you can find amazing Deals on chocolates & wine / spirits at supermarkets like COOP etc)

    We budgeted 2-3 hours for shopping here before we arrived in Italy, Not knowing what to expect. We left after 2 hours = hands full of great Items that were priced fairly.
    It was worth the 2 hours.
