- DetroitphoenixSterling Heights, MI3 contributionsI wasn’t really sure what to expect when we did this. I thought they would just trek us to a couple of restaurants serve one taco and move on. That is NOT this tour. Omar our guide was beautiful inside out and was our very proud and knowledgeable tour guide. We made 5 stops and got a rich history lesson on the beauty of authentic Mexican cuisine. We MADE fresh margaritas and salsas as a group and dined on 3 of the most delicious tacos at the first spot. The fish and pork were our faves. At the second spot, we enjoyed chicken mole tacos and a drink from the Gods! The pride of the business owners and Omar’s enthusiasm about food history made this stop excellent. At the third spot, we enjoyed el pastor that was spinning on a rotisserie and learned how this method of cooking immigrated to Mexico. The fourth stop offered us a taste of a dessert taco that we could barely eat because there is SO MUCH FOOD on this tour. Finally, it ended with us walking around an open air market that we actually needed because we had to walk off some of the food we ate. I walked away full, impressed with the beauty of this country and its food and really wanting to do this tour every time we come. It was operated by Cancun Adventures and is hands down one of the best food tours I’ve ever experienced. - Cindy7 contributionsI had a great time but I am fairly new to riding cable and the beginner park was closed. I had to ride the advanced park and it was definitely a bit scary at first. Otherwise the water features were nice and the facilities very clean and accomadating. Staff was friendly but speak minimal english if you need instructions. I would call before booking and be sure beginner park is open if you prefer that. I brought my own equipment so I cannot speak on rental equipment although it appeared they had a large selection. Thanks to Martin and our driver we were at all times safe and looked after. Martin was knowledgeable and provided insightful information on Mayan culture and history and the natural surroundings in the Biosphere.

We then drove to the lagoon which was a neat experience. We then drove to Coba for a Mayan lunch buffet with was delicious. Then we drove to 2 nearby closed cave type cenotes that were amazing. The water was crystal clear and so refreshing. Life jackets were available for rent but not necessary. We were then dropped off at our hotel. - daisy r21 contributionsThe tour guide was great! He had us laughing the whole time. I rated it a 4 stars bc the ATVs are old and in terrible condition. I’m an experienced driver and mine kept pulling to the right and felt like it was going to tip over. The food was good. The Ziplines were fun but climbing up to that big one was scary, half the group ended up turning around and walking back down half way up lol also don’t expect caring staff bc they will not try to help calm your nerves! - Cesi M2 contributionsI was part of the group of 11 that was reviewed below somewhere and I second everything that was said. Our group was all family and when we’re on our way a good hour into our first destination our driver turns back around to pick up two girls from another hotel. That was really the start of our long disastrous day wasting time. The stops were cool but getting there and the in betweens were frustrating. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with this company. It wasn't long you ride for 45 minutes, swim for another 45, eat and go, definitely worth doing if you don't want to send a whole day on a tour. But my recommendation to split the groups if you have slow riders take them separately and let the other people who want to ride a little faster on a separate route. Swimming, jumping and zip lining in Cenote was fun. Food was ok I think you guys can do better, cleaning the tables after people eat and cleaning the dirty dishes will give you better rating. - KadijaJamaica, NY14 contributionsI would not recommend. Horrible customer service. The guys who work there are rude. Horse back wasn’t worth it. The zipline was fun. Oh yea the food that they said was included was literally dog food. The portion of the food needs to change.
