What an amazing way to experience the glow worm caves. The ability to customize our day was great! He was very professional, but personal. The car was beautiful and stocked with water and snacks! Lizzy was helpful and professional in her dealings with my bookings. The driver in Christchurch by the name of Graham was very very friendly and informative. I strongly advise all visitors to look for Graham if they are visiting Christchurch. What really made the day, however, was our guide, Curtis, a knowledgeable, charming, and engaging host, as well as a highly skilled driver. Thank you, Curtis, for a wonderful time! Our guide/driver was very pleasant, and took great care of us. It was so nice not to have to worry about anything! Everything was so well organized!

We were picked up from Auckland at our AirBnb, driven to the caves, was able to see the difference in the 2 caves and back.
The 1st cave was a little shorter tour but the 2nd cave as a long tour.
It was described in Viator as we expected with bio breaks, lunch and snacks provided which was really nice!
Karthik was a great driver and provided lots of information as we drove up to the sites... although, it was a little early but necessary if both caves are to be seen!

I’m sorry he got stuck with us for 3 days…😂He answered all of our questions, taught me how to pronounce everything properly (even though I think I forgot most of it) and was very informative. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of the trip. The Māori performance was one of our favorite parts. I loved the hobbiton tour. Our number 1 priority was completing the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and Karthik (and some lucky weather) made certain we were able to do that! We talked to people who were unable to get onto a shuttle because the shuttles were booked or were told the crossing was closed and consequently, missed the hike. The day before and after the hike we’re also filled with exciting activities. Karthik was able to make suggestions based on our preferences.
