Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

amazing tour with a friendly guide! Although I am the only Asian in this tour but still understand the English about the guidance. There are many opportunities to take amazing photos. It will stop at wanaka for about 1 hour free time after a tour to the most longly tree, enough for guys to try the best gelato Patagonia. Also enjoy the ginger beer in the oldest hotel!

Brilliant adventure to the top of the Jura Glacier. Our pilot, Bill provided a great commentary both on our journey and flying. This isn’t a cheap trip but you do get what you pay for! I thoroughly recommend it. Woohoo!

A very nice lady welcomed us at the meeting point and drove us to where the boat was located.
The jetboat drive was amazing and the views stunning! The guide told us everything about the mountains and the locations where lord of the rings was filmed. We made a break at some point and did a about 30min hike. We then headed back to the boat and from there back to where the shuttle was waiting and the lady drove us back to the starting point.
All in all a great half a day with great views and soo much fun on the jetboat with a lot of spins!!

It’s so nice to read an amazing review about a tour operator and when you get here to experience it yourself you completely understand what they were talking about.
What we saw on our ride today was utterly amazing (almost a bucket list experience) but Mark the business owner and operator service was also exceptional, he really wants the customer to love there e-bike experience.
We had great communication leading up, and on the day Mark also texted an hour before to say rain was forecasted in case we wanted to cancel (at no charge).
Mark picked us up from our hotel and gave us great directions on where each part of the ride changes from one path to the next and where we could stop along the way if we wanted for a great bite to eat or even a great local brew.
We were set up on our bikes for seat height, gear’s, and how the battery power work's before we did some set up rides in the local park to get use to the e-bike. Mark is really focused on rider safety, provides a first aid kit for trip and a plan if anything more serious was to happen as well as checking in via text along the way (and if you decide to finish early he will pick you up along the way).
We will definitely recommend Mark and hopefully be returning to do another ride with him in the future.

A truly incredible experience. Joe is a great tour guide - his humour, relationship with the vineyards, and overall friendly and relaxed nature made for a very lovely day. He took the time to learn everyone’s name and engage with them in conversation. The wine tours were great however the highlight was Joe sharing his knowledge of Māori culture with us. Would definitely recommend this experience.

We booked short notice as we found ourselves with a free afternoon. The island was very lovely, and with only seven people on it at the time, it felt quite wild and remote. Lots of nice birds and beautiful views. The skipper was a good tour guide, and very friendly. (Although I think he might have told us a made-up story about Rob Roy...)

This tour was exceptional! I did the trip from Queenstown up to Franz and back to Queenstown with the same company. The guide was hilarious and just so lovely. The walks on this tours were amazing! I loved the blue pools and lake Matheson. The west coast was the highlights of my trip actually. It's so pretty. Lunch was also included and was much better than I expected. The van was really comfy too. I left my camera lens on the bus and the guide dropped it off to me. Thank you Jeff for an incredible day.

A sensational ride up and down the Clutha River with Michael. We had a group booking of ten Aussies which made the ride even more enjoyable. Michael is extremely skilled and is able to point his Jet boat in any direction, including complete 360 turns. For any thrill seekers this ride is a must. Michael is also very knowledgeable about the local history and was able to share many facts about the river, local Wanaka area and New Zealand. Thank you so much Michael and Amber.

I couldn't be happier with our experience today with David and NZbike trails. I called at 1.30pm after a sleep in and deciding we wanted to get a shuttle to Hawea to ride bikes back. No one would take us as it was afternoon but David was at our place in 20 mins with ebikes ready to drive us to Hawea!. The bikes were superb quality and very comfortable with the suspension on the seats. The trail is gorgeous and we stopped many times for photos and also half way at Albertown for a late lunch at The Albie. David's instructions were priceless and his love of riding and care for his customers is obvious. We wanted to actually exercise so we rode in 'Eco' mode the whole way except for a couple of hills and we felt like we had a good workout. The trail is harder than I expected- not just a bitumen path. It is actually like mountain biking but without the big hills. I would suggest that it is fun for active/adventurous people but might be hard for the elderly, inactive or nervous bike riders. A great activity not to be missed!
