Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- William G8 contributionsThis cultural experience named “Fiji untold” was truly amazing, From the time the lights go out, it is none stop energy and story telling that follows the path of a young lady’s fight.
The story is told by the young dance artists who pour the hearts and souls into the show, the passion they show is what this experience is all about.
After the show you get the opportunity to meet the dancers and learn more about the ancient Fijian culture.

Be aware it is a little bit rundown looking but we had a great time and tired out the kids instead of being cooped up insideWritten 28 December 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - jackpine2Omaha, NE639 contributionsTho a bit dicey on rough road..the e n d is very worthwhile with stunning views and a remarkable small museum.operated by the national trust. Which tells a remarkable story of 80 years, ago.

Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews. - John McAnultyGosford, Australia203 contributionsMy wife has recently started learning to play golf so we played 9 holes here during our stay at Sofitel.
Course is very forgiving with wide fairways with low level rough and plenty of palm trees making it very pleasant the eye. Staff and booking process very laid back and playing Saturday morning, I thought would be crowded and slow but the complete opposite. We let one pair play through but they were quick and all throughout the round no waiting/hold ups.
There is some water and bunkers and with flat terrain was a nice relaxed round.
Golf is rarely a cheap exercise but the pricing was reasonable and service good.
If inclined you can buy alcohol to take on the course though there is apparently a drink cart on the course.
Lovely weather and the balmy breeze meant that it was a comfortable way to play.
We were keen to play the following day but a comp was on but will come back and play the back nine at some stageWritten 15 June 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Trudi WAuckland Central, New Zealand140 contributionsThis is $11 local ($8 NZ) for a single day pass, with a 5 day pass costing $35. one child 12 and under rides free with each adult ticket. It’s hop on, hop off, and you can ride as much as you like on your paid day.
The buses come regularly but on no real schedule; very much island time. They turn up when they turn up and whether or not you get onboard depends on how many others are riding - I waited through two full buses one day before managing a ride, only to have the driver disappear at the next stop for about 15 mins (bathroom break?). Still, you’re on holiday so no need to rush, and riding around Denarau in the open-sided bus is a great way to see a little, but also to get to the marina and to resort hop.Written 9 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Kasey JSydney, Australia12 contributionsBooked in for a couples massage. What a delight! Our masseuses were very lovely and I felt so good afterwards. Finished with a bath in the courtyard area outside our massage bungalow.
The feedback I’d give is just that it would be nice if the experience included a longer bath. We got 15 minutes and it probably wasn’t long as we’d like to relax. The glass of bubbles was a nice end to the experience though, sipped in the bath while cackling at how all the food we’ve been eating on holiday had made us tubby enough to make the bath water overflow quite a bit, lol.
Afterwards the shower, omg?! Where have showers like this been all my life. Jets all the way up the wall + a rain head. No part of me being cold and exposed but being fully embraced by warm, restorative water. Like a hug. 🤗Written 1 August 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. The crew were fantastic the whole time.
They stopped at a sand bar reef which was the greatest snorkelling I have done. I have snorkelled Hawaii and Vanuatu and this was the clearest waters I have seen.
Second stop was at another pristine bay and then we went to the island that Castaway was filmed on for lunch and more swimming.
Lots to eat , lots to see
You wont be disappointed, as it is a family business and your number one on there list.
Cant wait to get back
