Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling
#4 of 31 Food & Drink in San Antonio
... small samples kinds you get with most tours, and you can chose either 2 beers and whiskey or all 3 beers, they give you three tickets and the color of the tickets determines what type of drink you are getting.
The whiskey tasting is served 'neat' and you get 2 full glasses of beer on your tour, you'll want to have some food in your tummy to absorb all that.

Very long day but great visit to LBJ ranch and great German food plus a great shake!
Then we had a great German food lunch in nearby Fredericksburg (established by German immigrants around 1850, and whose descendants still preserve their many traditions).

The Pearl is really a wonderful place to spend some time, walk around, and get some good food and drink.
Everything from the Hotel Emma which is amazing (Just take a stroll through the lobby and sit at the Bar at Sternwerth), to the vegetarian food at Green and my favorite at Supper.

She made interesting choices for both food and drink and kept the conversation flowing all night.
Julia also helped arrange an awesome private room in a grain silo for us at Southerleigh Fine Food & Brewery in the Pearl and a beautiful banquet room facing the River Walk at Biga on the Banks.

Stopped here for a quick drink.
I normally do not like to go to the same tasting room over and over, but I will continue to go back to this one, even if its just to drink a glass, and chat.
