I had only one day in Atlanta and chose to spend part of it here. I'm glad I did. I'm from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and have been to Gerald Ford's museum many times. Jimmy Carter's museum is just as interesting and well done. I was able to walk in and buy a ticket; they didn't seem to be timed any more. Great overview of Jimmy Carter's life and accomplishments - before, during, and after his presidency. I will always remember that my first presidential vote in 1980 was for Jimmy!

Really neatly designed huge building. A little difficult to navigate due to poor signage. The building is well kept and clean. The climate control system is good so you stay comfortable. This is a neat place to go shop at for the day.

Nice convention center with all the amenities, but it is so large that it becomes overwhelming. Easy to get too from Airport via the metro. plan to walk a lot and bring comfortable shoes.

This was my first lounge experience since the pandemic started. Overall, this lounge was average at best. It was quite busy when we went on a Friday afternoon in September 2021. There is not much seating area; it was essentially one large open area with a combination of bar tables, dining tables, and ‘soft’ faux leather lounger chairs. There wasn’t really a separate / quiet area for work. The food was decent, and it included chicken gumbo soup, salad, hummus and pita, and chocolate cake, that day. Food was served by lounge staff, following COVID-19 protocols from what I could see. Options are limited during COVID-19, and so this was all we could choose from at ATL.

Attended a conference. Easty to get to.by car. Adequate parking. Well laid out facility. Not to big and easy to navigate the venue.

Atlanta Convention & Visitors Bureau, located at Downtown, Atlanta, provides not only information about Atlanta but also helps in organising conventions and events if required. I visited this center, near Underground Atlanta. This is more helpful for visitors to know much about greater Atlanta.

Very close is Underground Atlanta, a shopping mall. Its a walking place with lot of eateries. The old model engine, a bus gives a valiant look here. Its ok for a one time visit and to spend some time if one has at the downtown.

We had some research to do in an Atlanta newspaper not available on-line or even microfilmed, but held by this library. Finding parking was a nightmare: The lot recommended on the website was full. We were headed back to the motel when we saw a sign for another, which had a few spaces left. Spaces are so scarce that you understand why they're expensive ($12 a day).
When we finally got to the library, though, everything was swell. The staff were friendly and helpful, we signed in with a photo ID, had a good cup of Pete's coffee in a pleasant coffee shop, talked to a knowledgable and helpful reference librarian, found what we were after, and spent a good afternoon.

While they bring in good artists, the venue is very poorly run. Stood in line for 35 minutes just to get to the guy checking IDs, then had to go to another line to have them scan my ticket and get a second wristband, back to another line for “security” and then finally into the venue. Everyone working there is rude and they care nothing about the patrons.

It is a good place for clubbing. Their international nights on 2nd Saturdays are a crowd puller.
Other than a couple of unfriendly staffs to deal at the entrance and seating only available for VIP reservations, it is good spot to enjoy.

They have been reliable and on time. The cars that have picked me up in the past have been clean, and I have been using this service since June 2021.
