All good, all relatively easy to make (with Nita guiding us, of course), but the history and information about the food and its interaction with New Orleans made the class more than worthwhile.
Everything was delicious and as we watched we enjoyed mimosas and local stories about the food history.

Bruce shared his insights on Big Easy food and drink with both facts and humor.
We just completed a memorable food tour with our guide "Tish Casey" who was AWESOME!! From the po boys to the pralines and everything in between on the route we walked it is too difficult too choose a favorite.

The food was delicious, the class was fun and Chef Richard Bond was very knowledgeable and also a great teacher.
On top of that, we had unlimited wine to drink all day and tons of entertainment from start to finish with Chef Robin’s jokes and helpful cooking tips.

It felt as if we were at a friends home .... Except with an incredibly well appointed kitchen, and much better food and drink!
The history of the building, the super fun cook off, the unbelievably, AMAZING food (BBQ shrimp and Gouda Grits - stop playing!) and wonderfully talented hosts: Chef Amy & Chef Jamie were awesome and Amanda rocked!
