Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

No dogs allowed. Had to sneak my pup in and be fast. Kinda annoying. Cash only at some places. Ate a double burger with bacon at Duck Season. 1/2 pound brisket at Barks BBQ.

Went there on a very windy Sunday afternoon and I think some vendors might have called it a day early because of that, because there were about 20-30 vendors.
Necklaces (said to be dating back to even 1860) around $ 120, (Nice, but still second hand jackets around 100) Sunglasses 50 and up, tees 10

This is a fun open-air food market held in Prospect Park on Sundays during the summer. Other locations include the World Trade Center and Williamsburg. There are dozens and dozens of vendors spanning foods of all cultures. Everything from lemonade to chicken to lobster to ice cream can be found. I got a cheesesteak from Fedoroff’s which did not disappoint. It can get pretty packed so get there early with a blanket to get prime real estate under the shade in between the two rows of vendors.

The winter market held across from Barclays Arena is very fun. Only 20 vintage vendors, high price-NYC style but good quality. Everyone seems to go to enjoy the food court with lots of great vendors from Mexican to Vietnamese.. had lots of fun! Good to be indoors, easy to get to on subway line..

Lots of people are around on the weekend to go to the big park and they stop by to buy some food. We bought some pastries to take home for breakfast the next day. Friendly sales people.

It's not so much the Park Slope Flea Market as it is the surroundings of antique stores and the Smorgesburg. Park Slope Flea Market is a good way to start off you leisurely Saturday morning.
It's not crowded and the craftspeople are from the neighborhood. It's more down to earth and people talk to you here.

Small market meant for locals to get vegetables, flowers, cheese, fresh bread, etc. There are only about 10 stands so this is is no way a "destination" in NYC, but perfect for locals. Everything is wonderful.

We visited This market on a cold Sunday in November. They sell many things like jewelry, clothes, collectibles ..etc. great service as well. It was a short walk after looking at the street Art around the Jefferson Street Station

I love browsing there, but is there a way to find out in advance of going there, if theyre open? Or are they always closed on rainy days? When you call, you get voicemail.

such a fun event, I recommend the next one on August 29th - 4pm. Get ready to have great food but a great time too with performances and goof vibes.
