Great park. Lots to see. It is possible to take in all the arches in one day if you're up for it. Most holes are easy/moderate. I am a disabled veteran so I cannot walk at a normal pace anymore, so we broke it up to 2 days and took it all in comfortably. My service dog, Scout, kept m going, especially uphill. No need to rush. Weather in October was awesome...50+/- degrees in the morning, 70's for the high. Gift shop is great too.

This smaller state park, maybe lesser known, compared to Arches & Canyonlands, is well worth the $20 admission and your time! Great little gift shop in the Visitors Center. Observation Points are well done. Grand views of canyons, not unlike the Grand Canyon with views of the snakelike Colorado River. Highly recommend!

The line to get in was not long! There were some nice short hikes with views. Island in the Sky was my favorite district. The Needles District was my lest favorite part. I thought the drive into the southern part of the park was prettier than the actual park.

Named after Moabite Local girl that grew up in Moab named Mickey C. This obstacle is not for the faint hearted. It's good to have a spotter in this one. 5 stars.

Actually visited this place Oct of 2023 when weather is not hot around Moab. We hike to the arch from the parking area off the side of the road, about 3mi or so round trip, wasn't too bad if you are decently fit. I'd say this one of the better arches in the area, and its outside of Arches National Park, and no time reservation is needed. Please take note that certain area require a bit of scrambling and you have to climb up a ladder. And there is some area with some minor hill climbing. If you have any physical limitation this may not be the hike for you.

Words can’t even explain how badass 4x4 extreme tours was. We did the 8 person custom build ride along with Dave. He is the man!
Will be doing another trip and bring family this time for another ride with Dave at extreme!

Short side trip along the Colorado river just north of Moab. Free. Just watch out for people pulling into the parking area while you’re scanning the rock walls. Our group of seven with ages ranging from 14 to 75 enjoyed this stop.

Saw a really great magic show. The magician had a bunch of cool tricks and was very good with the children in the audience. It was a fun evening for all! Still cannot figure out how most of those tricks were done . . .

We saw this 1st thing driving to the park and planned to check it out before the day ends. It did not disappoint! A great place to end a day of hiking and relax by the river.

This pass marks the spot when you go from pretty much standard trails to a bit more hectic off roading, but it was great. We rented 4 wheelers, and the folks at moabtour company set us up with some nice ATV's . The new KRX's they have a build for Moab, and they were awesome on the trail. We road out over the pass and down to the caves. Great adventure.

Popped in here with my 18 year-old son while staying in Moab. We love dinosaurs and thought it would be a fun/silly way to spend an hour.
In the end we spent quite a few hours and had an absolutely brilliant time.
Yes it did take us both back to our childhoods and yes we did laugh a lot while posing with the life-sized dinosaur models but it was also VERY informative and educational.
Really well set out so you move from Triassic through to Cretaceous with lots of information related to the dinosaurs but also to fossil evidence and footprints found in the area.
It was lovely and quiet which was great, my only criticism would be the lack of shade and water provision on the way round.

We were looking for the hummingbird garden that I thought I'd read was in this park. The park is out of mainstream Moab, along a shaded creek. We didn't find hummingbirds, but discovered members of an orchestral group practicing in the park. How nice! If we return to Moab, we would plan a picnic lunch in this cool and shady park.

My wife and I did a three-hour ride with Jess on a beautiful October afternoon and it was pretty fantastic. We met the Owner on arrival and got quickly fitted for our saddles and given a short overview of how to 'ride' the horses, but the horses pretty much follow the wrangler so you're really free to enjoy the scenery and outdoors. The ranch dogs joined us, and it was fun watching them run ahead. We stopped about mid-ride and Jess took some really great photos of us up on the horses. We rode thru and across streams and saw some amazing scenery used in a lot of movies. If we're coming back to Moab, I'd definitely visit Moab Horses again. Highly Recommend!

Just used Moab Express to go from Grand Junction Airport to my hotel in Moab. Easy to use web site allowed me to reserve a ride in advance of my trip. Web site had good information on faqs (where to meet driver, what if plane late, etc). My driver met me on time, helped with luggage and was both courteous and friendly. Excellent experience.
