- David M10 contributionsThis enjoyable day trip takes you the full way around Lake Thun starting from Interlaken and proceeding to all the sites (caves, suspension bridge, city of Thun for lunch and across lake via boat to Blue Lake and back again). This tour permits ample personal time to explore these sites at your own pace and since travel is most by van to various places, you aren’t sitting and waiting for public transport except for the boat, which was only 10 minutes. The ferry boat, particularly during the summer months, often resembles a sardine can on water, packed to the brim with passengers.
