Absolutely stellar experience from the initial contact through to the flight. Booking was smooth and easy, directions and support during organisation was seamless and the flight itself was second to none. We enjoyed a tour down to south beach and back to Ft Lauderdale where on return the pilot accommodated a quick fly-by the house where we are staying to wave to my girl in the garden. Nice touch. - Maya G1 contributionWhere do I start! 10/10 for the whole experience. The whole staff is great at communicating, and they reply quickly to any questions or concerns. They give great detail for arrival and what to expect and follow up to make sure everything went well. This was the best birthday trip I’ve had in Miami. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves and Captain Jack was amazing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and so down to earth! We had such an amazing time and wished we would have done 3 hours vs two. Trent was very kind and took great care of us. I cannot wait to go back and book with him again!! He gave us an amazing tour of the bay, educated us on the water front homes (he knew where the good ones were), cruised the downtown area, then got some Sun on the funnest Island! He let us turn up our own music and just be ourselves. That’s what you look for on Vacation!
