Saw the spring while visiting the distillery. Good point for taking photos is the statue of Jack Daniel at the entrance to the spring.

This place is pretty nice. The young lady behind the counter is very quiet. She had to find the answer to most of our questions. But other than that. This is a good place to go try wines. The wines are good, and prices are reasonable. If you are in the area, stop by.

Nice little drive through. Seeing Jack Daniel’s grave was a must do. Seemed fitting just after the distillery tour where we learned so much about him and his life. Quite and a short visit for us.

I've probably gone through 30 pairs of Diamond Gusset jeans, over 35 years.
Working construction (Boilermaker) in the old days when they were more or less priced like any other 'big' brand, I'd buy 4 or 5 pair each year and get about one year out of them. Boilermakin' (welding and rigging) is tough on work clothes, so actually that's pretty good.
Very comfortable fit, sized honestly (maybe run a little small in the waist, long in inseam) one size up in the waist, and durable.
Good if not great customer service.
Their Defender motorcycle jeans are brilliant, but I do think they run a little small.
My only real issue is that they stopped making the Relaxed Fit Boot Cut jeans, which were the bomb! Stopped during Covid, and never made them again to this point.
My complaints have fallen on deaf ears, so I guess that's the way it is.
Oh yeah - if you buy their skinny 'Backstage' jeans, (I think that's what they call them) be aware that they are VERY skinny!
All in all, the best jeans for the money I've found.

Great craft distillery! Amber Odette was our bartender/hostess. She is very personable and explained the products as she poured 5 different whiskey tastings for my husband. His favorite is the Single Barrel Select. After the tasting, she made him an Old Fashioned and “smoked” it with cherry wood. Nice place, good product, friendly and knowledgeable server!

Set in the main square of "sleepy" Lynchburg, it is a beautiful old building which takes you back in time. Looking like a film set, it is well worth taking some photographs, especially of the monuments which are in its grounds; the Moore County Confederate Soldiers War Memorial, the Moore County Veterans War Memorial and a wooden Eagle Chainsaw Caring by someone named Roark Phillips.

Local Palette is a pearl in a bowl of grits. I like grits, have eaten them all my life, but Local Palette is a delightful change from the other attractions in Lynchburg, Tennessee. This little gallery has art from some of the best known local, regional, and national artists. From jewelry to prints to original works in various media, this is a "must see" for the visitor to Tennessee's Whiskey Town.,

Nathan "Nearest" Green (c. 1820 – unknown), incorrectly spelled "Nearis" in an 1880 census, was an American head stiller, more commonly referred to as a master distiller. Born into slavery and emancipated after the  American Civil War, he taught his distilling techniques to Jack Daniel, founder of Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey Distillery. Green was hired as the first master distiller for Jack Daniel Distillery, and he is the first  African-American master distiller on record in the United States.[

A great store to stop in after touring the distillery. Lots of items to check out. Barrels and barrel furniture, clothing, etc.

Erected in 1927, this simple, white memorial is a tribute to those Confederate soldiers who died during the American Civil War. If you are in Lynchburg, it is worth having a look at. It is easy to find as it is situated on a corner outside the Moore County Courthouse. At the same time you could also have a look at the Moore County Veterans War Memorial (on the opposite corner) and a beautiful eagle chainsaw carving (on the opposite side of the Courthouse to where you are now standing).

I really find it hard to believe that this carving was done with a chainsaw!! I use a chainsaw but all I can do is cut logs. This carving is brilliant. The workmanship is unbelievable. Well worth seeking out if you are in Lynchburg and why not combine this with also a look at the Moore County Veterans War Memorial and the Moore County Confederate Soldiers Memorial, both of which are on the other side of the courthouse.
