This is a really nice nature spot.I always love it and though I haven't been in several years it remains a wonderful memory.So thankful to the gentleman who built it and then donated it for all to use.God Bless him.
The park is small enough to walk through in 15 min., but so peaceful and relaxing that you will want to enjoy the benches, waterfall, pond and flowers and many birds.

Croft State Park is well known for hiking and riding horses, but if you like trail running, Southside is amazing.
Great park for horseback riders, mountain bikers, hikers, fisherman, and picnics

Great park!!! Very friendly staff, everyone was super nice.
We had a blast feeding all the animals and the park was decorated to nice with all kinds of Christmas light displays.
Barnet Park

This is a wonderful city park that features an outdoor Amphitheatre that hosts a variety of concerts and other performances.
I have attended many different types of events at Barnett Park.. Most recently the July 4th fire works.

Cleveland Park has a pretty lake with a nice gazebo-a favorite of picture-takers, new playground, spacious park space, and a beautiful Event Center.
We noticed many pavilions and various picnic tables scattered throughout the park.

They have a vast amount of land without paved trails to explore or simply sit & enjoy nature.
You can park on the side of the frontage road and you will see lots of cars parked on the side So where you just want to see some ducks, take some pictures, or get some exercise..this is a beautiful and free place...
