Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- Travel ProsCharleston, SC501 contributionsWe went to a Race at Laurens Motor Speedway. This is a very cool local race track. Here is dirt track 101: They have concrete grandstands so take a cushion preferably with a back, Ear protection is a must the cars are loud. Eye protection is suggested , the cars kick up dust and dirt so it get uncomfortable with it blowing into you eyes. Wear old clothes as you will get clay on you and take a towel to put over you car seats after the race. Make sure to check out the pit area and the track food is excellent. The race happens later is the evening however qualifying and heat races occur early. This is a great experience and would really recommend checking it out.Written 29 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
