From the initial drink in the funky bar/gift shop through the fun and informal tour/tasting & Whiskey Rebellion story to the final, very social tasting it was a really enjoyable evening.
It was an incredible atmosphere with delicious food from the Black Sheep Food truck and a jazz band.

Eric (with the beard!) was an excellent tour guide and chauffeured us to 4 local craft breweries in the area, including Penn Brewery, where we had a meal of some great, authentic German food.
We visited four breweries and drink a lot of great craft beer.

They always have great selections, and also NZ/Aussie themed food (such as pies, sausage rolls, etc) and sometimes food trucks.
Good prices, nice options and a real treat was the outside bbq grill vendor that was very reasonable and food was awesome.
