The staff were friendly and helpful, oh and patient as we made our choices. The place is amazing, the rainforest views and the drinks.
My highlight was the tour and how friendly and knowledgeable Babs is. She is simply amazing, makes you travel in time, and you learn not only the history of the place, but nature and how gin and whisky is distilled and always with the kindest smile. Makes it so much fun,

Social media was okay, if you understand basic social media, you probably won't get much out of it. Japanese was amazing. It was educational in the alcohol business and very tasty tastings everywhere we went.
Very easy pick up and drop off from Ballina.

Driver was on time and was courteous and helpful , vehicle modern , clean and comfortable. They tailored a private walk and cycle specifically for me and offered other suggestions and tours that I might be interested in. The commentary by Liam during the coastal walks were both interesting, informative and educational and he had a great depth of knowledge of the history of the towns, the Indigenous sites, the wildlife, the fauna and flora and eco systems.
