If you are visiting the Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area and plan to see Dingmans Falls then I recommend you also visit the George W. Childs Park to see the three falls located within that park.
The park has been totally redone with Excellent trails and Picnic Area.

It is beautiful to see the falls from the bottom (where you park), but it is worth the climb to the top.
This was the last waterfall of the day for us (we visited Childs Park, Dingmans Falls and Raymondskill Falls) As others said, the road is a mess.
