Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- JaePDXPortland, OR24 contributionsThis is probably our 10th rental across summer weekends and work group outings. With the exception of the radios which are usually hooked up to blown out speakers, the boats are clean and run well.
The staff appear to turnover constantly. Probably because mgmt is prickly. Today was a real treat.
They will pull your boat in when you return. Frankly I like it so we can’t be held responsible for boat to boat damage. Today management rode out as a passenger on the seadoo to board our boat to dock it. He didn’t like the way the young employee was driving the craft and started jerking the handle bars and yelled at him. Then he boarded our boat after telling us how this wasn’t his day job and he had had a “very bad day”, Looked around and said “Sit down!” twice. Then he barreled toward the dock way too fast. Sure he’s done it 1000s of time so he pulled it off but it was stupid and childish.
We show on time, we clean the boat before disembarking, we are all between 40-60 year old people who aren’t partying, we treat the boats well, we tip the dock crew after returning on time. Every time. Today was a total turn off. Guess what dude, your bad day doesn’t have to turn into ours. Ridiculous.
Betting had one of his employees acted like that they wouldn’t get away with it.Written 21 June 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
