Enjoyed a fresh pear while admiring the fall sunshine and the stunning views above the gardens.
They offer option of picking your own cherries (based on time of year--we were there Aug) and have an incredible view of Mt Hood and beautiful flowers (again Summer) .

This is relative small farm but the amazing and beautiful scenic (partial due to clouds) views of Mt Hood and Mt Adams (if the clouds dissipate!).
We followed the easy signs to get here and found a lavender farm which was out of season but nicely laid out with a view of 2 snow-covered mountains in the background.

Picture this: you with a cutesy little blue pail filled with freshly picked strawberries, looking at a picturesque view Mt Adam sitting like a king amidst the beautiful blue sky and specks of cirrus clouds.
There's plenty of tables and areas to hang out and while we visited for about 3 hours there were people of all ages enjoying the great views and fun this stop has to offer.

The antique shops and general stores were fun, and we ended the day in Hood River for a wonderful dinner with a view of the Columbia River.

We had planned to do a one hour horseback ride to a fruit farm, but instead Margot took us on a two hour plus ride through the woods and up some hills to to a gorgeous view of the Columbia River.
