Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

What travellers are saying
- Jim SToronto, Canada2 contributionsWe took the grandkids to Reptilia in Whitby during March break. Wasn't sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. Great value (not expensive at all) for what they provide. Many reptiles for the kids to see and even touch them in the presentation centre. As a bonus there is a kids play area .. they loved that too! A visit worth taking, close to the heart of our city. Thanks Reptilia!Written 18 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SamsonjhBournemouth, UK186 contributionsOk, I'm not a shopper so don't tell anyone but I actually found this mall to be pretty good. It's an outlet mall with many of the same shops you find at every outlet mall but this one is inside with a decent food court and just feels... nicer. There are plenty of bargains to be had, especially if you're either quite small or quite big, most of the clothing in the shops at the best discount prices (North Face for example was 60 - 70 % off) were in the less popular sizes. Well worth a visit.Written 29 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- operalover939Toronto, Canada2,936 contributionsOur primary reason was the see the River of Dreams exhibition, Impressionism on the St. Lawrence, which featured the works of a number of Quebec artists, most of them French Canadians, who were active during the early twentieth century. It was first rate! There were also several smaller exhibitions, notably one of works by A.Y. Jackson before he joined the Group of Seven. Well worth visiting!Written 15 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Tacky_tourist_1979Borden, Canada334 contributionsThe family tradition continues. First trip for the boys and it did not disappoint. The boys and family had a blast. My memories as a kid have now been passed on to our kids. It is a busy place, so you will need some patience. There are options for all ages! Love this place!Written 1 September 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Ellenblue44Vaughan, Canada81 contributionsWe have been going to Kortright since my children were young, for Maple Syrup Festivals, Bee Hive demos, Fall walking amongst the leaves. Then my child got married in the Cathedral of Trees, and it was amazingly gorgeous (although stressful due to the inadequacy of the event planner—another review). Now, we went with our grandchildren and it was a beautiful spring day, great trail with stops to present info and demos on maple syrup, choc easter egg hunts, other games, and culminated in an excellent lunch with maple syrup in every food item. A fantastic day!Written 3 April 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Serena F.Thornhill, Canada6 contributionsI love to go to this mall when I know what I want and don’t want to spend to much time shopping around. You can find parking easily and get in and out of the stores quickly. It’s clean and has a few great food options.Written 6 August 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- ZABURON SBrasilia, DF34 contributionsWe really enjoyed the Sugarbush Heritage Park, however, I couldn't give it a 5 star because there was no "wow" factor. The trails were nice, easy and level. The trails were well shaded and cozy amongst the trees. Definitely a nice place to visitWritten 2 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
