Friendly staff greeted us on arrival, checked our vaccine passports and seated us promptly. The staff were so friendly and really made the experience a good one. The food was delicious and the wine was great. Some of our party also had beer and it was good to see local breweries supported. Our designated driver had a flat white and the option to get water was also handy. The pizzas were lovely and the platters were good for sharing. Definitely a great place to visit.

It is a small museum in size, with attractive themes and exhibits. Several themes are displayed here, the history and voyage of Captain Cook to Mercury Bay, the story of gum digger. Then, the exhibits of the dairy life in the past, logging, as well as farming and wool shearing. Also the tragic story of HMS Buffalo which was wrecked here in 1840. For $5 ticket for adult, spend nearly 30 minutes to one hour here is worth when visiting this tourist town Whitianga. Easy to find, at the beach front.

I came here a few years ago with my partner at the time and had the coolest typical kiwi experience. The owner is such a laugh and awesome knowledge of his brews. The estate is situated in such a beautiful rustic setting and its really lovely to enjoy some drinks and wood fire pizza in amongst the trees.

Amazing day out on the water with skipper Brian. He was extremely knowledgeable about the area and offered us a really thrilling ride through the waters. By far the best water tour in Whitianga, go for the ultimate thrills tour if you like going fast it won’t disappoint!

This was an excellent trip. The weather wasn't great when we arrived, but Ocean Leopard tours were in daily contact and ensured that we were able to go as soon as the weather permitted. Our guide was welcoming, friendly and very informative (also had a great sense of humor) and made sure all aboard had an awesome experience, even ensuring that there were plenty of excellent photo opportunities. What an awesome way to explore this beautiful part of NZ. Would recommend this trip to anyone. Thank you so much Ocean Leopard tours.

What an epic trip! The crew fully catered the trip to everyone on the boat whether you wanted to learn how to steer, a scenic trip or to get into the water for swimming and snorkeling . Mat and Sam were knowledgeable, friendly and weren't in your face with information but were approachable if you were interested or had questions. The weather was exceptional and the hammocks were extra comfy with bean bags and blankets provided. The glass of wine and fruit was a great touch too. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to going back next summer.

It was our second trip with Sea Cave. We love the intimate group and personal attention of the captain. Oh yes, the views and spots we visited were fantastic, too. Next time in the Coromandel area we plan to make the adventure again. Ashe (I hope I spelled his name correctly) was top notch and we highly recommend this tour.

A fantastic memorable day. Ken (Captain) was a great guide and knew about the areas he took us to. Stopped and explained several places of interest and for photo opportunities. Was very attentive to our wishes and a thoroughly nice bloke.
would recommend highly as a must activity to do in Whitianga.

We had a wonderful experience onboard the Windborne . All food and activities were included making it great value for money for a 10 hour day. A great activity for sailors and non sailors alike. Thanks Avon and Mihaelia!

Coromandel diving is under the shadow of Poor Knights or Bay of Islands for quite some time. But after I try diving there I found that this area is just as good as Poor Knights and pretty much comparable with Bay of Islands.

Divezone is doing a great job delivering quality service to divers, their workflow is efficient, the staff is friendly and professional. Especially DM Joshua I dived with for few days. Attentive, helpful, and follows guest request...Hes got all it takes to be a divepro!

A group of us flew in two Fly Stark planes to Great Barrier on a Monday, great pilots and the bookings thru Chelsea were so easy.
We were booked to fly home with another airline a few days later, and this airline mucked us around, saying some of us would have to fly the next day even though we had paid and booked! We were less than pleased and asked the offending airline to sort out our flights. They contracted Fly Stark to carry the passengers that they had bumped off. Thankyou Mark (pilot) and Fly Stark for being available.
